P. U. Bhaskara Rao, the Chairman & Managing Director, is the key person behind every success of the company. He started his entrepreneurial career in the year 1978 and incorporated PBC in the year 1991. Under his able leadership, the company has credited major accomplishments. His achievements have been acknowledged at national level.

Some of the awards that bestowed on him are:

• Special Recognition National Award by Small Industries Service Institute of India for the year 2005
• Best Entrepreneur Award by the State Government of Andhra Pradesh, India for the year 2007

He created world-class facilities that have raised PBC’s manufacturing capacities to a large extent. He always ensured the team is motivated and endeavors to work with various innovative methods to reach targets. He keeps himself updated of the current trends and empowers the team accordingly.
